For over ten years, Litterio has been carrying on a craft deeply rooted in his family’s history, shaped by skills and knowledge passed down from his grandparents. Today, together with his mother Pierina and his father Francesco, he continues to transform milk following techniques rooted in Ustica’s cheesemaking tradition.

This Fuitina Experience will take you into their everyday world. You’ll discover how the dairy’s cheeses are made, learn about the techniques and rhythms of artisanal production, and hear the stories of a family committed to preserving and passing on this knowledge.
